If you wish to delete your Tranzt account and associated personal data, please follow the steps outlined below.
📋 How to Request Data Deletion
- 1 Send us an email at support@usetranzt.co
- 2 Use the subject line:
"Delete My Tranzt Account" - 3 Include in your email body:
- The email address associated with your Tranzt account
- Your full name (as registered in the app)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data
- 4 Send the email from the same email address used to register your Tranzt account.

- Your profile information
- Account preferences and settings
- App usage data linked to your account
- Personal messages and communications
- Uploaded photos and documents
- Location data (if collected)
📋 Data We May Retain
- Transaction records (legal requirement - 7 years)
- Basic account info (fraud prevention - 90 days)
- Anonymized usage analytics (no personal identifiers)
- Data required for legal compliance
⏱️ Processing Timeline: Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receiving your email. We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Note: Some data may take additional time to be removed from backup systems, but it will be inaccessible immediately.
